This school is amazing. It may be a public school, but it has more resources, programs, and facility than any private school I have ever seen. Plus it is the only school in WV with football.

I went to school there 7th grade through 8th, it was known that we would take a Spanish class that would prep us for high school. I was removed from my first Spanish class for failing one assignment because I had trouble on it. I was put into a class called core support where the teacher did nothing to support me with Spanish or Math. I was also taken out of Algebra 1, now that I'm in Algebra at Bishop Manogue I have an 83% . Now that I am taking Spanish in high school I'm having so much trouble, but everyone who took Spanish 6th, 7th, 8th grade are exceeding very well in Spanish class. I wish this school would have given me a better chance.

This school ruined my life. After attending the school in second grade to seventh (graduated 2017), I was deeply disturbed and hurt. The curriculum wasn't the problem but the push of religion and toxic ideas. Although it is a Catholic school, that gives no one the right to teach homophobia. In seventh grade when we had our 'birds and bees' talk, they taught us of only chastity and what a proper relationship was. Women had their place and men ruled over them. It made me feel weak and at the time I though they were right. The teachers, Ms.O'Hara and Principal Ms.Oberndorf taught us that we were wrong to have desires and thoughts of someone of the same sex. They preached that it was a phase and how we terrible it would be. I remember going to the washroom feeling sick and believing I was broken. It stuck with me and took years of therapy to recover, something I still struggle with. I want to warn any parents thinking of sending their children there that this is not a safe space. They don'

Fantastic school covering kindergarten through grade six with a maximum of 24 students. The two teachers, twin sisters, are wonderful teachers who care immensely about their students. The learning atmosphere is very positive and constructive, with a strong emphasis on basic skills enhanced by a wide variety of enrichment programs. I couldn't be happier with the education they provide.

My son is a graduate of Palm Valley School. As a parent and an educator I can say without any doubt that it is the best school in the entire Coachella Valley. Small class sizes along with strong academic and arts programs provided my son with valuable teacher attention and feedback that enabled him to not only succeed but to thrive within a safe learning environment.

I love this school. My two children have been there for nearly 3 years. The small classes enable the teachers to spend lots of time with my kids one on one and cater for their individual needs. The school grounds and environment are beautiful and set the stage for a broad spectrum of personal and academic growth. The staff and families of the school are wonderful and ALWAYS have the children's best interests at heart. It really feels like a community. What I like best about the school though is that the children aren't pressured to reach certain bench marks of academic ability by a certain date. Therefor they are learning when they're ready and they enjoy it, and that self inspiration drives them to want to learn more. The school fosters and nurtures my children and it has helped them empower their own sense of self and their confidence to take on anything and see it through. Brilliant.

We've got two kids in this school and it's amazing to watch them learn and develop here. The class sizes are less than 15 students, the tuition is affordable and the teachers are passionate and loving.

Our child attended Pear Tree for two consecutive years. Unfortunately he was bullied on several occasions and the principals dismissed our concerns. The lack of supervision and leadership is alarming. The teacher turn over rate is extremely high.
