Canadian Premium Van Lines picked up our furniture and pre-packed boxes from our home in Toronto last October (2021) and stored it for one month. They delivered our belongings to our new home in Surrey just this past Saturday. The customer service team was excellent, very responsive and took the time to give you us a real quote and not just an average estimate. When we received the stuff in BC, we did find a few boxes were damaged. We reported it to the company and were happy with the response. I don’t think its realistic to expect everything to be perfect in such a long distance move and storage. So this was very minimal and I was happy. Finally the price – this was a very fair move and I was happy with the overall quote and the storage fees that were applied. The best part is once we were ready to accept delivery everyone was on board and delivery was done within days. I would not hesitate to recommend CP Van Lines.
