I ordered some wine online and paid quite a bit in shipping to get it to be in BC, so I was very frustrated when they messed up my order. I emailed many times with no reposnes. Finally, i was told they would add the appropriate wine to my next order, I said i would not be making another order anytime soon and they needed to come up with another solution. I emailed a few more times with no response, finally another woman emailed and said they would refund the product I did no receive. this refund never came, even though I followed up twice. Very frustrating situation. I would not recommend ordering from them.
