Myself and my 3 kids enrolled 16 months ago and it has been a fantastic experience for us all. From fitness to disapline and learning a new life skill, it has been an amazing journey so far. The after school program is amazing (pick up from school) and very punctual. It's also a new and very controlled/safe social outlet for our kids and as a result....they love attending. Seeing them progress through the belts makes us very proud. I would highly recommend this facility to any one one who is willing to immerse themselves into this amazing disipline. Mr and Mrs Wong and their team of instructors are second to none.
