My last visit was a HORRIFIC experience. I came in because my gums had throbbing pain from the night before and all the way through the morning, so I scheduled an appointment asap. I was taken in about 30 min passed my appointment time, and the dentist that attended to me was still watching TV for a while before he started to check my condition. Overall he was impatient and sluggish when I tried to understand my situation (as it's not what I had known so I was confused), but he did not answer my questions clearly and gave me the feeling he didn't want to explain. When I decided not to move forward yet with any operation he did not prescribe me any antiobiotics or painkillers, or offer any solution to stop the pain. Only when I asked him, what can I do now, he said oh well you can gargle with salt water. I went home and the throbbing pain continued nonstop for a couple more hours. I have to truly say I felt the dentist at Saba road dental center was being unethical in his practices.
