I had a great experience today at Dr Dempster’s office. Part of my tooth chipped off on the weekend. I called first thing in the morning and Val, the receptionist, fit me in immediately. Dr D’s assistant (my apologies; I do not know her name!) prepared me and Dr Dempster fixed it. I needed freezing, a filling replaced and the tooth repaired. It was painless. I was in and out within an hour, back to work, drinking coffee. Thank you for such a professional and efficient response to my crisis. It was simply the best experience from one who has some anxiety whenever I get dentistry work done. The staff were awesome!
