Due to sharp tooth pain, my wife came to see Dr. Karla Pentzke on Thursday, May 17th 2018 at 7PM. The office was closed although their working hours on Thursday were from 9AM to 7:30PM. A day before during the scheduled appointment my wife was advised to call their emergency number at 604-512-9254 if any pain during off-hours. So we placed an emergency call at 7:09PM explaining them the situation with sharp pain and left a callback number. We expected the doctor would return a call and suggest something. After two days no one called. And it looks like we cannot expect their call until Tuesday 22nd per their schedule.
I understand the doctor may be on vacation during a long weekend, that's fine. But why then they provided my wife with the emergency phone number if they do not actually check the messages? They gave us a hope, they said they would be able to help in case of a pain. It would be fairer just to say - "Hey, we will be closed. If an emergency - go to the hospital" and we would
