Dr Bella is awesome, and her staff are great; very attentive and thorough. Sharon made an effort to put me at ease, she spoke to me as she would a very close friend and chatted lots about life. I did have some difficulties with my appointments. I booked a cleaning at my last appointment, reception called me shortly before to reschedule. That was fine, but I received probably three more calls after that to reschedule again. I understand that there are a lot of moving parts with scheduling, but they seemed to be a bit disorganized.
