I highly recommend this practice. Dr. McNicholl is very smart and seems to see you as a person and genuinely care about you. The reception is fantastic and goes the extra mile. The hygienists are kind and that is so important. There is one hygienist who kept telling me I didn't have to stay when I complained of pain and that was not very empathetic and actually I did have to stay because that's what I was there for, but she was new and maybe she will get more understanding. When I had to cancel one day, even though I had a good reason, they said I would have to pay next time which I thought wasn't fair because of the thousands of dollars I give them. However, I would still recommend this clinic above all others and I have been to a lot.
