On May 22, 2018 attended dentist with a toothache. The dentist suggested seeing a specialist to get teeth pulled. As in so much pain, Dental office called around to specialist to see who could see us immediately, they said Coronation. I called Coronation Dental specialty group, 58 Riddell Street, Woodstock for an appointment. They made an appointment for Thursday, May 24, two days later. After the appointment they said they could not do the Removal of teeth until June 26, 2018 more than a month later. It was explained there was a lot of pain could not wait. Asked why so long, they said nothing they could do about it. The woman on the desk asked someone else, but no solution was found. It is unfair they would see us two days later so they could charge $119.00 but not be able to pull the teeth until over a month later. I called the Office to discuss this problem but no solution offered. We did find another dental office to pull teeth immediately at a lot less money then offered at Coronation. I would not use the services of Coronation Dental group.
