No show, means $50. You ask about why payments are high because insurance states SDP charges higher. They throw a tantrum and talk shit at you and get super defensive. Had my implant done by Dr. Lanoue which was amazing but such a big communication barrier. SDP are always in a hurry, not able to properly communicate with you. Once, I had an appointment which I missed but never got a call a day before. And then there was once, when I had an appointment because my teeth were paining, and they removed my scheduled appointment and offered it to someone else. Once again, this communication barrier. I was recommended by Dr. Sadik orthodontist and SDP does an amazing job but horrible at communicating. Now they are all mean to me and literally trying to get rid of me as a patient there. Absolutely the worst dentist services I have experienced.
