The only reason they get any star is because you have to give at least 1 star for a rating. I called, spoke to receptionist who was extremely rude, I explained my situation, and was told I would get a call back within next 4 hours. I received NO call back. When I called again, I was told they don't "do" call backs. Being as I was not their patient, they had to receive all of my insurance papers before I could be seen. This procedure I was told would take 1 full fay to process. By this point, I went to Lakeside Dental in Woodstock, where I was greeted, and had an immediate appointment and was taken care of very well. I wouldn't recommend this office to a dog! Lakeside is the place to go!
