I have called & sent emails to DeRusha Firm many times regarding my issues with Syed Kabir. Syed Kabir, my younger brother was born in Al Bayda, Libya in 1972. Syed Kabir aka Syed Aynul Kabir has illegally taken control & confiscated the inheritance lands of our father, Dr. Kabir which is worth US $5 Million Dollars. We lived in Libya from 1971 until 1981. There is an investigation on our passports because our mother, Raushan Kabir knowingly put false information in our Bangladesh passports. Currently, there are inheritance civil land cases against Syed Kabir and my other younger brother Nazmul Kabir. Syed Kabir is helping Nazmul Kabir by illegally confiscating our inheritance lands & putting armed guards in these lands so that I cannot enter these lands. Syed Kabir & Nazmul Kabir both have illegally altered the land papers of our inheritance lands in Bangladesh & removed my name from the inheritance land documents. Syed Kabir has Mafia in Bangladesh to prevent me from my properties.
