We bought out insurance policies from Ned several years ago and it was a good interaction. Sadly, we've tried numerous times to reach him leaving our different phone numbers and email addresses and despite at least 8 attempts, not one voicemail or email was responded to. Not at all what I expected from him. I'd understand it if those messages were left over the course of a week but this was over the course of over a month..
