I am very satisfied with every aspect of the roof replacement. An old chimney was removed and patched over, rotted fascia board was replaced,unexpected problems discovered due to previous shoddy workmanship, including mold, were found and corrected, roof leaks have stopped, etc., with no surcharge to the original estimate (which was very reasonable). Rick was a pleasure to deal with and I couldn't be happier.
