Monty was prompt in calling me back after leaving a message that I needed work done on our property in Kingston for our daughter attending Queens. He inspected the property the next day and gave us estimate. We asked if the work could be done before our daughter returned to school so we could do repairs to a ceiling that had water damage. He couldn't promise for sure that he would but within a week and a half from my initial call the work was completed at the price quoted which was very reasonable.
