Our roof needed some repairs due to leak, which lead to infiltration of water inside our home (ceiling and wall partitions). We called upon Finelines Roofing and Renovations Ltd and I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Forget. I placed the call in the morning and explained the issue to Mike. Since large amounts of rain were in the forecast in the coming days, I asked if he could come by to verify the issue as soon as possible. Mike agreed to stop by that same afternoon! He took the time to diligently check everything and was able to quickly find the issue/source of the problem. He went in the attic, took pictures, and then sat with me and took the time to explain the issue and what steps we could take to have our roof repaired. The service received was very professional and helpful - this company really knows how to keep the customer happy.
