Critical: Professionalism My vehicle was impounded u have been there 3 times no service. Been ignored and meanwhile it costs me more daily and being a single mother these people seem to think I have alot of money .which I don't . I was never able to retrieve my belongings and his neighbor tow people already confirmed they lied and left right behind me the first time. The second time they kept saying a hour or so .. and no showed the third still no service these people are legit the worst tow and impound service I have dealt with ever . I WANT MY CAR APPLE TOWING I HOPE YOU HAVE MY KEY AS WELL LIKE I WAS TOLD YOU DID AS WELL
