I having been coming to true balance for as long as it has been here. I have, for the most part, been highly satisfied by the results. This time I thought I would refresh my lips with filler. I did not realize Botox was used. My entire mouth fell. This has been devastating. The upper part of my mouth is like a monkey. When I went in to complain I was told that this procedure has been done many times. Unfortunately for me it cannot be reversed. I was offered no solutions or compensation. I do love the staff. This was very unfortunate
