terrible people, shit service, no knowledge, please book your flights online. i wasted 20 days to book ticketed because i got already 2 tickets from them that got cancelled because of covid. we rebooked again, they charged $320 extra saying now we are getting higher class tickets and before it was lower class tickets. and now we want to cancel it and i wasted 20 more days calling them every other day asking how munch money am i getting back and every day i am getting answer back we will call you tomorrow. please don't waste your time stay away. book tickets online. i called air Canada, they charged 300$ for cancelation and onkar travel they charged 450 per ticket. i bought ticket for 1520 and getting back 770. they dont explain how come?
