I have wanted to return to Europe for almost 30 years but I knew I'd be travelling alone this summer so I hesitantly walked into Flight Centre Saanich several weeks ago and had the incredible fortune to meet Ash Chandler-Pease. He is one of the kindest people I have ever met and is certainly the most helpful, inspiring, and knowledgeable travel agent. I had a vague idea about possibly England but instead he had me dream big and then focus about what my ideal trip to Europe would look like. We brainstormed cities and countries, looked at maps, and filled out a colour coded calendar. Ash helped me search for accommodation and tours, suggest day trips, and now I am about to embark on the trip of a lifetime following music composers and castles! Ash found me a very affordable flight and so I will soon be visiting: The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic!
