This is the worst tour company we have dealt with! They were good at pitching their sale and getting us to book with them. After booking with them, it was all downhill! We started inquiring about the Air Canada strike and what contingency plans were being taken, all they kept responding with was that we could always cancel but we would lose the money if we did that have cancellation insurance; this of course was not even offered at the time of booking. During the pilgrimage we ended up with a tour guide who was nee to the job. He showed his constant frustration throughout the trip, bathroom breaks for the elderly was not always provided on time, the tour guide raised his voice at people when they would ask questions, the hotel we stayed at in Burgos was substandard. When we returned and sent emails to management, response was nothing short of rude! When it was followed up by a call from Cris, it became even worst. There was no accountability on their part. Don’t waste your money
