We have been dealing with Rachel for a few years now and she never disappoints whether it be hotel, flight or tour bookings. She knows her stuff and my wife and I never worry about anything once we are in Rachel's hands. Rachel has helped us organise trips to China, Russia, Europe and Mexico.
