I just had my haircut today with Christine... she just chopped off my hair even I told her that I want her to cut only an inch and just fix my layers.... she ruined my hair.. m crying right now after seeing my hair..she did not even washed my hair before doing a haircut n did not give a damn to brush n style my hair after the haircut...following the haircut she just sprayed my hair with some curl spray n took me to the counter to pay.. I had my first haircut at this salon by Elyssa she even style my hair n told me that styling is free...she did a great job n gave me a haircut I wanted even though I wasn't happy with the color she did but the haircut was awesome... But at this time Christine just chopped off my hair from behind n did not did anything with the hair at front... n I cannot see any layers in my hair.. she just made my hair thin by just chopping off a bunch of hair from behind...NEVER GOING BACK..FED UP NOW. even CANCELLING my Hair TOUCH UP Appointment with them.
