I know Dr Cohen since 2001 when he has the practice at Parkway forest. We were their customers for eight years; then time changed we moved out. Came back, and I was looking and found his info on Sheppard Yorkland Dental. This time it feels like money grabbing scam. In 250& just 25% of my cleaning was done. The insurance deductible I paid was like going to any XYZ Dental cleaning. I can have my cleaning done in the deductible amount only. My concern was not the amount, but they need to communicate all the process, how much treatment was needed, and how much the total cost, before starting the procedure. I had previous experience of this type where dentists try to add work like unnecessary X-rays, some extra procedures, etc., its Ok if everything is previously communicated and agreed. I am very disappointed with the SYD money-grabbing scam. I talked to their assistants to sort this out and possibilities if they accept their mistake, but they do not care. Unfortunately, it was my last visit to them; they killed the hen to get all eggs once but lost the hen & one egg every day.
