We first looked up WGD early 2019. We decided to wait a year. Not quite a year passed and we were contacted to see if we were still interested. We were and within a week we made a purchase and ordered a new door. They are pleasant and quick to make a sale but don’t seem to care about after sales follow up. We were told there will never be a need to paint the new door but the door itself has rub marks from manufacturing or installation on the seam edges of panels and a small scratch. There was also a glue mark below the windows with a fingerprint in it. I expected better quality than this. The door was installed just prior to Covid-19. So it took a while for someone to come and take pictures of our issues. They did that mid May and now it is mid July and we have yet to hear anything from WGD. Looks like they only care about the sale and not the overall quality. Sorry guys, you should do better.
