Loved their product. Ordered doors and windows in May 2019. Almost December and we're still missing our Patio door that has been paid for!! Nothing but delays, cover ups, incompetence, and frustration. Customer service is terrible. Still chasing them to finish the job. Really frustrated. I do not recommend Vimat Laval.
