ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DEAL with this company, David is a scammer and a con artist. He just declared bankruptcy to avoid paying suppliers and us as well. We have been fighting him for 2 years now for a warranty claim for a front door installed incorrectly, that lets air and water in and was confirmed inadequate by three different companies. We finally went to the small claims court in Quebec, only to get a notice from a syndic that he declared bankruptcy. BUT CAREFUL he just opened another company under his wife's name, operating under 9377-1210 Quebec inc or SDD Windows (instead of SDO). So he is just going to keep doing what he does best, scam people out of their money for poor quality windows and doors.
