SDO renovation installed my windows with no problems last September... By January, two of the windows needed adjustment (part of the inner window came off) and one window was always foggy. I called David Ohayon and after a few weeks he came by. He said he would order all the necessary and send someone to adjust the misinstalled pieces from the windows and fix the condensation problem. It has been more than 6 months that I’ve been chasing SDO windows to do the repairs as promised. Every time we speak, David says he’s coming next week... or that he is sending someone. I will have no other choice but to hire a third-party to do the repairs that SDO were supposed to do. I have made a formal complaint with The Better Bureau and will take him to small claims to be refunded the extra cost, his botched work incurred. Be aware that SDO WILL NOT FULFILL ANY PROMISES HES MADE once he has your money!
