We are so disappointed with this company. We called the week of May 15th and was told not to tear anything apart, they would schedule an appointment the following week. We called twice more, and only excuses were offered and a promise to call and book later in the day. Today is June 2nd, and we have had to start our own investigation and tearing down of walls and ceilings. We had an official mould test done and our house is inhabitatable, which they knew as they asked for the results to be sent to them We are completely overwhelmed and not impressed with the lack of professionalism from this company.
