We were initially very pleased with the service provided by this company and even considered moving forward with a full project with them. However, after deciding not to proceed, things took a serious turn for the worse. Without our knowledge or consent, the company chose to discard two brand-new rugs that were simply meant to be stored — not thrown away. The rugs had been slightly wet but were already dry at the time, and there was absolutely no reason for them to be disposed of. Only after we followed up did the company inform us, rather casually, that they had been thrown out. We are extremely disappointed and upset with how this situation was handled. Our belongings should have been respected, and any decisions about their fate should have been made with our involvement. This lack of communication and disregard for our property is completely unacceptable. We expected professionalism — what we got instead was a careless and disrespectful attitude. We hope this serves as a warning to others.
