Made the mistake of changing law firms and going to Carriatti law for the pain and suffering part, I had been in another accident and I was using them , so I figured use one law firm for both accidents, what a mistake! I had a broken shoulder , got a settlement of 1500 dollars , which they pushed me into signing it all over them to cover expenses, so they said,. My bigger mistake was to keep using them. Was in another accident and they took the first low ball offer! They said Avivas lawyers were to tough for them, they got me a settlement that won’t even cover my lost wages, was told they would lowere there fee since they weren’t getting me much of a settlement, apparently that wasn’t true, between the fee and all there expenses worked out over 30% . I would not recommend them
