This is an absolutely terrible lawyer. He completely misled me about the fees - told me he works on contingency and then later, when he decided my case was risky, he withdrew that offer but denied ever saying that he works on contingency (which is the only reason I agreed to hire him to begin with since I couldn’t afford a retainer fee). When I confronted him on this, he completely denied it and then handed me an already prepared affidavit withdrawing as my lawyer. He then proceeded to call both myself and my mom liars and said we weren’t “credible” clients, hence why he had to withdraw. I found this interesting as it felt staged since he had already prepared the affidavit. Two weeks after this, he sent me a bill for over $3000 and a nasty letter, which made several false accusations about what I said during our first and only in person meeting. He is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, is a poor communicator, is unethical, and is just downright mean. I DO NOT recommend.
