When I first filed my paperwork, I did not know for certain if it had made it to their office through the mail, because no one contacted me. So eventually I assumed that it had not made it through and I had no representation. SO I called ICBC my self and told them I had a claim, they replied oh, yes, you do and your being represented by mussio goodman. So I replied oh, ok. It had been about 6 months since I sent in the info and not one peep from the office. This was the first alarm. Then after informing Max Russman of my situation and that I would like some counsel, I had to wait for a reply and when I did get a reply it felt very distant and translated into me as being insignificant basically. That was the second alarm. More alarms came about when I needed an answer from icbc regarding my case regarding liability and my potential for help from work bc.
