Before I switched to Comfort Family Dental I would not have known all the ways a dental practice can be excellent. Who would have thought a team could work together so well? That it would be possible for me to have a multiple hour appointment and get so much done in just one visit......and have that time go by so quickly and in total comfort? The communication letting me know what's going on during the treatment, the care for my comfort throughout, the comfy chair and pillow, the soothing wall colors, the music! Who knew that level of care was possible? Mostly, it's about the worldview of the entire team. This practice is owned and staffed by patient-centered experts who are excited about their work, who like their job and their colleagues and their patients, and every one of them is friendly and professional and caring. The results? I can't say enough. When they held up the mirror yesterday afterwards, I knew I'd not have to keep my mouth closed to smile anymore.
