I was involved in a head on collison with my son. I went to see a bunch of arrogant lawyers who told me I had no case. I met with the lawyer Alisa Mazo who was very nice and sympathetic. She took over my case from another lawyer and got me and my son way more than what the previous guy had quoted me. Her people at the office were always very nice throughout the process and did everything for me. I never had to talk to the insurance or send in paperwork. They took care of it all. I am happy I transferred my case to this lady, she knows her stuff and doesn't talk down to people like the other guys.
