I will be challenging them with the Better Business Bureau for negligence and malpractice which is not the first time they are faced with these allegations. Please think twice before acquiring Potesio Law as there are many other much more qualified lawyer firms who all take the same percentage anyways! If it wasn't for my amazing doctors and their support and reports I'd be in a much worse situation with just Potesio Law. Their statement that they don't just settle cases but will go all the way is also completely inaccurate, at least it was in my case. I truly hope others think twice because if you suffer from any anxiety, stress, mental health or any head injury, they only tell you they understand over and over but their actions and lack of experience or care shows otherwise. Actions speak louder than words! They don't seem to understand your condition and are quick to judge you when you have a breakdown which is due to their mess ups and negligence to begin with.
