I don't even know where to begin so I'll keep it short. I will just say Christina should not be accepting brides. She is too slow and unexperienced. #1 she was 40 mins late for my BRIDAL appointment ON my wedding day. Didn't even apologize whatsoever. #2 she should not need 3+ hours to do hair & makeup. I left with my hair unfinished but had no choice or I'd be late to my own wedding. The owner Amy Foltz did not care at all, was very rude & actually accused me of lying about it & would not refund me any of it at all even though my hair service was unfinished and had to go to my wedding with undone hair. Not a great memory of my wedding day. Megan was also so slow working on my mother and sister, that my sisters makeup wasn't even half done and we had no choice but to also leave or we'd be late. All she got was foundation & one color of eyeshadow, again, no apologies or partial refund from the owner. Very unprofessional place.
