My girls stopped in for a trim. They tried to fix the green stain in my daughter's hair with a special $20 shampoo. That didn't work so they suggested a toner but they didn't tell her it would cost $75. She is 16...so how would she know? But the employee said she wasn't trying to rip her off...so that makes it okay, right?
