I have had my hair cut by Brian for the last year and was happy with it.I booked an appointment 2 days ago for a haircut and to discuss the possibility of having some highlights done.I use henna and indigo to color my hair for health reasons. Brian knows this and I asked him if some streaks of reddish color could be done(very few and quite far from the roots). Reminded him of the possibility of indigo-bleach reaction and asked if it is better to test some strands of hair.He first suggested I come another time for it. When he learned he had a cancelled appt. from a client he said let’s do it now. I suggested again for a test and he said he would not want to cut hair and that he had done highlights on hair with henna. He applied bleach and put the foils, left it for over 40 minutes there was no result, he said it himself. I was charged extra $100 for half head of bleach with no results, wasted 1.5 hours and left very disappointed. They lost a client and “face”, unprofessional!
