Hello I am a woman from the city of Montreal, in 2017 I had a Rhinoplasti nose operation with Dr Gaston Schwarz unfortunately the operation which was to bring me joy to turn into a nightmare. After the operation I expected to have a healed nose but my nose never healed, I had excruciating pain my implant was out it was hell. The Dr would assure me that my nose would heal and my nose never healed ... I asked Dr swarz to fix the problem and he told me that he couldn't fix it because it was too much trouble and in addition he never wanted to reimburse me so that I could go and get myself operating elsewhere I had to file a complaint in 2020 in small claims court and since its tail. I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of this Dr he has ruined my life today. If he had any integrity he would have fixed my nose or compensated me. I strongly advise against doing business with this surgeon.
