Dr. McEntire stopped while he was walking through the hallway to interject unprofessionally into a polite conversation I was having with his assistant . I came in for the very first time to have a consult. His professional assistant went to give me a CT which I didn't expect. Their office did not have my x-ray. I came in to speak about my options as I was not sure if I would get an implant. He literally stated if I did not get the CT I would have to leave! Dr. Mark McEntire was unfortunately rude and unprofessional. Upsetting first impression. I had questions and he would not give me the time of day. His staff knew he did not consult with me, said they would not bill me and I just received a bill!! I have had a bunch of dental work and have met many doctors in this field. I never was treated like this before. I was shocked and embarrassed by his treatment. I know we all can have bad days but as a medical professional myself this was truly unprofessional, unfair and very rude.
