My child was taken November 4th after screaming all night in pain with everything given or done for him to try and ease the pain doing nothing. We finally were able to get him in to be seen the next morning still in pain. My ex drove him there and yes admittedly so arrived 10-15 min late after finding a sub and fighting traffic. But NOPE! SORRY YOUR LATE ! My son was given antibiotics and we received a confirmation for his new appointment 2 WEEKS LATER THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING! They then sent a certified letter in the mail saying they're refusing to see my 6year old son who's in pain! Do your fking job! A kid is in horrible pain and you can stop it! Get over yourself and whatever drama is going on and just fix his tooth. You people really are just the bottom of the Barrel no morals no sense of compassion for a kid in pain. I still can't believe you wouldn't see him that day because he was late because they were late. If the roles were reversed my child would help you no questions
