Highland Dental, I was told, is owned by a corporate and unknown to staff. I have had terrible experience with the accounting department and they owe me a refund for over almost 5 months now. No matter who I talk about this matter with, after many unanswered emails and voice messages, still no response from the office and accounting department. Their accounting is incompetent and makes the practice look like they must be going under. Terrible service and I am changing my dentist. I must not be the only client owed a refund too! Terrible!!!
