Ask for an itemized estimate and what your insurance is going to cover vs not!! This office will say anything to get your signature on the dotted line so they can charge whatever they want. They told me my whole extraction procedure was just my $30 copay, only to be hit with a $1200 bill. Then when I questioned it said they'd resubmit to insurance. Sent me a note about insurance not covering it. I called back upset and office staff said they'd talk to Dr Mueller about it. No other correspondence, so I thought it was taken care of honestly. Only for me to be sent to collections a few months later. I never received another invoice, e-mail, phone call - just to a lawyers office. Deceitful, unethical, not good people. They should send a reminder or payment plan to their patients, not just submit it to a lawyers office for the patient to then have to accrue lawyers fees on top of the invoice they already didn't anticipate bc their staff lied. My $30 copay turned into over $1700 of bullshit!
