Royal holiday has the worst customer service! They can just hang up the phone just because they don’t want to search the lower price tickets! I just called in and want to book an air tickets and wish for a lower price, the customer service said nothing else and just hang up my phone. I’m not mean and be nice all the time, this is the first time I be angry with a travel agency. If you want to have this same experience just call them, but I suggest never book anything from them and find a better travel agency with this money!!! Don’t waste time and money to them!!!
