Unfortunately, my experience with Verstraete Travel exposed a company that operated with a lack of professional integrity and poor customer service. The company refused to refund travelers in 2020 whose trips were cancelled due to COVID-19, unlike many other companies. Verstraete held the hard-earned money of dozens of travelers for a service that they did not provide. It is unfortunate, but in my view Verstraete has displayed very poor ethical behaviour, beginning with their management. Beware of this company and look for other options before giving them any deposits or money.
