Terri Is the worst travel agent I have ever come across. My wife booked a trip for a wedding, even though she is not responsible for the virus, she just closed up shop and buried her head in the sand when her clients needed her the most. She also didn't mention her own companies insurance for $49 dollars for cancellation but only the up sale Manulife insurance which she gets a large commission on. I would Advise going just about anywhere else because when times get tough she is hiding.
