I would like to say that Janette Medeiros is very efficient, personable and knowledgeable about vacation travel which she has helped me with on several occasions. I have only dealt with Janette, but I do not doubt the capability of the Oakville location staff. Let me say that I can be QUITE annoying and ask tons of questions and send tons of emails to Janette and she never gets frustrated with me or my friends asking her questions. She is quick to research the locations I want to travel to and responds always in a timely manner. Thank you Janette for always helping out and with a smile in your voice.
