Ann McCulloch at Premium Travel Services is AMAZING! I was going to Italy for three weeks, and while I had an idea of what I wanted to see, I was getting overwhelmed with trying to figure out where to stay and how to get around. Ann planned the adventure of a lifetime for me! My trip was in February, yet Ann found tours for all the sites I wanted to see, as well as set up the transportaion I needed to get from point A to point B, C, etc. Her knowledge of the country, and recommendations of what to do and where to eat after my tours as well as when to tip (or not) were spot on! Ann checked up on me regularly, giving me updates on any changes in my schedule, and making sure my accommodations were what I had expected! Any questions or concerns I had were handled quickly! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ann! As professional as she is, Ann is also friendly and made me feel more like a friend than a "client"! She will definitely be planning my next adventure of a life time!
